So Im not going for an all out juice cleanse or anything - but i do have a wonderful Breville juicer so i made an awesome juice - Ill be drinking all 32oz of this. Should have made the recipe more exact but it was just a hodge podge really but came out wonderful!

• 3 leaves of Kale
• 1 Cucumber
• 1 red apple
• 3 green apples
• handful of cherries
• handful of green grapes
• 2 handfuls of blueberries
• 2 carrots
• 4 blackberries

Its really good! It netted me maybe close to 50oz of juice - i had a big glass yesterday and now 32oz today.

Thinking for lunch i will just do a low sodium soup. and take a walk around my office park…

1. reduced fat pillsbury biscuits cut in 8 each biscuit

2. light no sugar added tomato basil ragu sauce(1 tsp on each of the dough pieces)

3. part skim  shredded mozzarella cheese( 1 tablespoon)

24 FREAKIN CALORIES!!!!!!

cook them in a muffin pan btw to make a deep dish crust effect!
